The New Jersey Press Association's Editorial Committee is proud to announce the winners of the 2002 Better College Newspaper Contest.
Sixteen colleges submitted 250 entries in January 2003;. The contest was judged in February by 17 editors, writers and photographers of newspapers that are members of the New Jersey Press Association.
The winners were honored at the New Jersey Collegiate Press Association's Spring conference on Thursday, April 3, 2003, at the Asbury Park Press in Neptune.
The judges' comments on each entry were distributed to the colleges at the NJCPA conference.
